-Busser

  • Take responsibility for the cleanliness and overall appearance of the dining area of a restaurant
  • Clearing off and sanitizing tables for the next group of customers
  • Disposing of trash and other waste
  • Keeping the restaurant stocked with adequate supplies, such as plates, glasses, silverware, and napkins.
  • The Busser may be asked to fulfill a number of additional duties, often help cooks, servers, dishwashers, and bartenders perform small tasks as needed.

Dishwasher


  • Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans and cooking equipment.
  • Keep the dish-room and equipment clean and organized.
  • Load, run and unload the dish machine.
  • Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately.
  • ƒMonitor dish machine water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle.
  • ƒWash and store all tableware and kitchenware.
  • ƒKeep dish room clean and organized.
  • ƒMaintain adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen.
  • ƒBag and haul dish room trash to dumpster at designed times.
  • ƒHandle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss.
  • ƒMaintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies.
  • ƒClean food preparation and production areas as required.
  • ƒBe available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor

-Line Cook (need to have breakfast experience)


  • Prepares all the food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
  • He/she also follows recipes, controls, portion, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant.
  • A Line Cook also assumes 100% responsibility for quality of the products that is served.
  • He/she is also responsible for performing other related duties as assigned by the manager.
  • Following proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes is also done by a Line Cook.
  • He/she is also tasked to track and report any food waste.
  • A Line Cook must also handle, store and rotate all the products properly.
  • Follows safety procedures
